Cutting machine operator

Due to the expansion of production and the opening of new vacancies, Parus Printing House LLC (Roslavychi village, Obukhiv district) is inviting applications for a permanent position as a cutting machine operator. We expect the candidate to:

At least 1 year of experience as a roll-type cutting machine operator in the field of flexography (flexographic printing, rotogravure printing, web offset printing)
secondary or vocational education; (if you have work experience, education is not essential)
high degree of responsibility;

understanding of teamwork and work discipline.

Your responsibilities will include:

working on a bobbin cutting machine, model FSL-T1300, in accordance with variable tasks (installing rolls, setting up orders, cutting sleeves to order, cutting orders into bobbins or rolls, packing bobbins or rolls in accordance with customer requirements, weighing in the programme and forming specifications, forming a pallet with finished products, collecting edges and waste in bags, weighing and marking in accordance with the nomenclature, filling out the relevant documentation (logbook, process chart);
if there is an assistant in the shift, partial relief of the operator from auxiliary work;
exercising constant control over the cutting of products and their quality;
partial maintenance of the machine (slitter) within the operator's competence (cleaning the equipment, replacing friction discs 76/152)
Adaptation period and training in the specifics of working in our system and on our equipment: 2-4 weeks.
