Printing

Our flexographic machines provide high-precision printing with the capability to print on the reverse side of the film. The video inspection system monitors 100% of the print, detecting even the smallest defects such as color changes, ink splashes, or register shifts. A test printing machine operates in our laboratory to produce color samples, and inks are prepared at the mixing station under the supervision of the color matching laboratory. Additionally, a material cleaning system is implemented to ensure consistent quality and flawless results.

Our equipment ensures precise cutting of roll materials such as cellophane, polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, foil, and paper, both printed and unprinted. We also perform microperforation of the film before cutting the batch. The uniform winding system guarantees consistent roll quality regardless of diameter, and the uneven thickness compensation technology provides high cutting accuracy.

Our bag production workshop is equipped with modern machinery that allows manufacturing a wide range of polyethylene and polypropylene bags. Three machines produce doypacks with or without zippers, as well as three-seam bags, enabling packaging with side seams, valves, hanging holes, and other functional elements. The products are suitable for automatic packing lines in the food industry and other sectors, while high productivity and precision ensure quality and ease of use.
