What kind of employee do we want to see in our team:

with at least 5 years of experience as a department head (preferably in the industrial and manufacturing sector);
with knowledge of the system of hiring, controlling and motivating personnel;
active, focused, and sociable;
with knowledge of sales methods and sales systems;
with knowledge of pricing principles;

Your responsibilities will include (main responsibilities):

Product sales (sales management, sales channel development, preliminary financial analysis).
B2B sales management;
control of accounts receivable;
selection, setting tasks, adaptation of sales managers;
conducting market and competitive environment analysis;
implementation of KPI and other incentive programmes;
implementation of a CRM system;
development and implementation of department business processes;
conducting certification of sales managers
