In November 2021, our company installed and launched 24 colourful Inkmaker mixing stations. Founded in Italy in 1987, Inkmaker is a global leader in the production of integrated automation systems for ink dosing and mixing processes.
Inkmaker's patented software and systems guarantee consistent, instant colour transfer with high accuracy. Inkmaker's mixing station allows you to automatically produce pontoon and triad ink formulations for different printing conditions. Accurate formulas developed in the company's laboratory using the K Printing Proofer proofing press and the latest licensed InkFormulation software, agreed with the technical department, are stored in the Inkmaker station and used in new and repeat print runs, reducing the time required for ponton preparation, adjustment and job start-up. The station guarantees accurate reproduction of formulas, and the station's software allows for control of materials, residues, statistics and non-order accounting.
The Inkmaker mixing station allows for maximum use of ink and solvents without loss, thereby reducing consumption, which leads to savings in energy costs and resources, thereby reducing emissions into the environment.
