At PARUS Printing House LLC, environmental responsibility is more than just words — it's a guiding principle in our daily operations. As part of this commitment, we have developed a strategy aimed at sending all production waste for recycling.

As part of this strategy, we have increased the use of renewable materials in film production and are implementing technologies to reduce the weight of polymer materials.
In addition, PARUS Printing House LLC takes a responsible approach to production waste management. Some of the waste is recycled directly on-site, while the portion that requires sorting and separation is sent for further processing.
The main goal of these efforts is to prepare recycled waste for environmentally safe storage, transportation, disposal, and reuse. To support this, PARUS Printing House LLC uses a granulator that processes waste polyethylene film without printing into pellets. These pellets are then reused to manufacture film intended for non-food products. This process involves a series of technological operations that result in changes to the physical, chemical, and biological properties of the waste materials.
According to last year’s report, our company recycled 90% of unprinted film waste into secondary granules.
73.2% of other production waste was sent for recycling.
Based on a tender process, we selected a partner company that is a specialized, licensed organization compliant with European norms and standards. This partner transforms waste into new products designed to serve society for a long time.
Recycling polypropylene waste into granules, which are then used to manufacture various products for industries such as:
- Construction:(Water supply and sewer pipes, with gas pipes increasingly being introduced). Production of polypropylene (PP) valves and pipe fittings has been established.
- Automotive Industry:Polypropylene is used to manufacture hoses (for ventilation, cooling systems, etc.), seals (for doors, hoods, and body parts), and floor mats.
- Household Goods: Mass production of containers of various types and sizes has been established. This includes canisters, crates, boxes, and garbage bags.
By reusing recycled materials, the Earth's natural resources are preserved.
Currently, the team at PARUS Printing House LLC is developing and testing fully biodegradable packaging that decomposes completely when exposed to oxygen and does not require special treatment or disposal.
This initiative contributes to improving the planet’s environmental conditions.
